Return/Exchange, your RS Sunglasses with the following easy steps:

  1. Kindly submit the below Return/Exchange Request.
  2. Our team will be in contact to confirm receipt and let you know when your parcel will be collected.
  3. Please have your parcel ready for the courier in the same packaging as received.

4. Make sure the following is included:

  • The RS Sunglasses safely packed into the plastic sleeve
  • Outer packaging box
  • Black RS box
  • Hard shell triangular foldable case
  • Soft pouch
  • Polarised tester card
  • RS cleaning cloth
  • Mini screwdriver

*The courier will supply a waybill and flyer sleeve in case needed.

5. Once the package, with all the necessary items, has reached our team, we’ll begin processing your request:

  • If it's a return, we’ll start the refund process.
  • If it's an exchange, we’ll get your new pair on the way to you.

6. You’ll receive confirmation from our team once your refund or exchange has been processed.

  • Please note: refunds can take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
